At Lost in Portugal, all purchases are considered final. Given the digital nature of our products, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
We take great care to ensure that all our products are clearly described and of high quality before they are made available for purchase. We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, preview images, and included documents before completing their purchase.

In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate purchases made in error, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number and a brief explanation.
